How you can get more answers to all your WHYs?
- Via phone. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Just call our office and you’ll get to speak to one of our representatives: “DreamCast Design, how can I help?” Do not hesitate to ask us what you would like to know about our fire pits or fireplaces even if it seems silly or obvious.
- Via email. Put all your doubts about fire pits or mantels into short text and shoot us an email. We answer all email enquiries within 1 business day. Any pictures of your space, or inspiration is helpful. Also, be confident knowing that all the information you provide us is secure and confidential.
- Online chat. Do you prefer virtual communication? We’re available online during working hours. To be more specific, from 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm PST.
- Visit Us. You’re more than welcome to visit our showroom in Richmond and get help from our Sales Representatives and Designers. Nothing could be better than touching and looking at the different models in person. We have various fire pit models on display that you can light and feel the heat yourself. Moreover, we’ll be happy to demonstrate our fireplaces mantel models with different inserts.
