DreamCast team are honored to have been part of a fabulous project with Parker Construction Inc. and JK Architecture as final details in the residence project in Donner Lake, Truckee, California. This breathtaking locale posed challenges due to its complex terrain, demanding innovative solutions. The resultant design not only overcame these hurdles but also embraced the site’s distinctiveness, creating a home that stands as a true masterpiece. We are delighted by this residence that mirrors the unparalleled uniqueness of its surroundings, making it truly exceptional.

Wood and steel frames were set, awaiting the installation of windows and sliding doors, followed by insulation and exterior siding in the subsequent stages of construction.
Finish
Designed to absorb the magnificent Donner Lake views, this heavy-timber detailed home pays homage to historic Sierra architecture.
Interior Design
This home features an open concept with meticulously crafted glass windows and doors to enhance local views, maximizing the tranquil mountain and creek scenery. Sustainability is key, employing passive ventilation, solar heating, hydronic systems, and reclaimed materials, ensuring harmony with nature.

At the heart of the outdoor area lies the DreamCast Linea Fire Table, measuring 72 inches in length. Carefully crafted to complement the seating arrangement and the balcony’s overall space, it ensures a perfect fit. The fire table is equipped with a 250,000 BTU burner and a 12mm glass barrier, ensuring both warmth and safety during family gatherings, making it the ideal focal point for outdoor comfort and style.
