DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED CRATES. In the rare instance that a crate arrives visibly damage you must refuse the shipment. This will force the carrier to unpackage the item and carefully check for damages. If there is damage to the product then it is insured, and a replacement will be sent to you.
If there is no damage to the crate you have 48hrs to report any hidden damages. After 48hrs we can not accept any damage claims to the product.
