All products ship safely crated with professional cross country carriers.
How do we arrange delivery to the house?
All shipments are organized with an appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange for a delivery date and time window.
How long does transit take?
Transit times depend on your destination. Most locations are reached within 1 – 2 weeks.
A tracking number will provided at time of shipping.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED CRATES. In the rare instance that a crate arrives visibly damaged you must refuse the shipment. This will force the carrier to unpackage the item and carefully check for damages. If there is damage to the product then it is insured, and a replacement will be sent to you.
If there is no damage to the crate you have 48hrs to report any hidden damages. After 48hrs we can not accept any damage claims to the product.
