- All transactions online are safely and securely processed through Square and our website is secured with SSL.
- If you’re placing an order with our sales team directly before taking payment, we always double-check your order with you. For this reason, we go over all information in the Order Form with you and explain any moments that are not clear. When you agree on everything, we will send you an email with the Order Form to Sign;
- together with the order form, you will get a Credit Card Authorization form to fill with the information for further payment. This information is entered through a secured portal. Please, keep in mind that we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, E-Transfers, and cheques;
- our employees are conscientious when working with personal information. After taking the payments, we always send confirmation to the client’s email (copy of the receipt, invoice).
- we provide PAYMENT OPTIONS: online (via our website), via email or by phone by filling out a credit card form, or in person with the credit card (at DreamCast Design office).
Our usual lead time for making fire pits is 4-6 weeks (for custom units: 6-8 weeks), for casting fireplace surrounds – it’s 8-10 weeks (depending on model). Additionally, delivery time may take from 3 to 7 business days.
