Returns & RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, returns are limited and must follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged products (shipping damage)

    If your item arrives damaged in transit, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and assist with a repair, replacement, or return.

  • Defective products (not related to shipping damage)

    If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

  • Stock fire pits

    Stock (non-custom) fire pits may be eligible for return, subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee. Custom or made-to-order fire pits are non-returnable.

  • Accessories

    Fire pit accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

    1. Unused and uninstalled
    2. In original packaging
    3. In resaleable condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. How to Request an RMA

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Full name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (damage, defect, or other)
  • Photos of the product and packing (required for damage or defect claims

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue an RMA number and provide return shipping instructions.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item using a trackable and insured method.
  • Unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged in transit within the required time frame, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns received without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
