We are excited to have our Adagio Reeded Fireplace Surround featured in a basement renovation project by White Oak Interiors in Cold Spring, Ohio. The DreamCast Adagio Fireplace Mantel help to create a warm and inviting gathering space in the basement living room for the whole family.
PROJECT DETAILS
Kitchen and Island Design
A larger sink is set up to provide ample space for making drinks and entertaining. One of its features is the touch-activated faucet, which adds both convenience and elegance.
The island continues the white oak coloring from the existing cabinetry, ensuring a cohesive look. The countertops feature a stunning waterfall edge, adding a modern touch.
Additionally, a reeded detail is incorporated on the back of the island to tie in with the upstairs half-bath, ensuring a seamless design throughout the home.

Modern Concrete Mantel
Initially, this room was designed with cabinetry surrounding the television. However, after discussing options with the homeowners, the original design pivoted to a more impactful version—adding a fireplace with arched built-ins for a cozy yet sophisticated feel.
Adding a fireplace to a basement instantly makes the space warmer and more inviting. A gas fireplace with a stunning herringbone tile detail in a taupe shade blends seamlessly with the flooring.
Our Adagio fireplace surround is crafted in Ice White Color and Smooth Cast finish. After exploring different design options, a reeded detail is chosen to match the kitchen island and the upstairs half-bath. This created a unified aesthetic throughout the home.
The custom-designed arches further enhance the space, and the carefully selected wood tones for the shelves complement the kitchen. To highlight decorative pieces, the lighting within the shelving ensures a well-lit and stylish display area.

The family had a beautiful space that was not being used at all—it had carpet, plain walls, and lacked functionality. They wanted to add a beautiful kitchen and reinvent the entire space to create the perfect hangout for family gatherings.
